Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Return Process

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and will be processed as a new order.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
